"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified." Isaiah 61:3

standing tall.

In full splendor;

amidst a lavender sky.

Withering not;

Strong in root,

 like a tree planted

by the waters.

Never fearing the heat,

nor drought.

Glowing green leaves.

Faithfully seeking;

to unbelievable heights.

Raising up;

Glorifying the creator.

Worships the sun.

Mighty in stature,

like a city on a hill;

It cannot be shaken.

Scattering precious seed.

Salt and light.

Unshaken; Unmoved.

“For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream And will not fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit.” –  Jeremiah 17:8
